1. Right to Withdraw

Unless an exception applies under applicable Georgian law, a customer has the right to withdraw from a distance or off-premises contract within 14 calendar days without giving a reason.

2. When the 14-Day Period Starts

  • for service contracts, from the date the contract is concluded;
  • for sales contracts, from the date the customer or a designated third party receives physical possession of the goods;
  • for orders delivered in parts, from the date the final part is received;
  • for regular deliveries, from the date the first item is received.

3. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

Within the withdrawal period, the customer must send us a clear statement of withdrawal by email to sales@coolgadget.ge. The customer may use a free-form message or a simple return request containing at least:

  • full name;
  • order number;
  • contact phone or email;
  • product(s) to be returned;
  • the statement that the customer wishes to withdraw from the contract.

4. Returning the Goods

After notifying us of withdrawal, the customer must return the goods without undue delay and no later than the period required by applicable law. Unless the goods are defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or the law provides otherwise, the direct cost of return is borne by the customer.

5. Refunds

If withdrawal is valid, we will reimburse all payments received from the customer and, where required by law, the delivery cost, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from being informed of the withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods are received or until proof of return is provided, where the law allows.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless another method is agreed and does not create additional cost for the customer.

Where the customer expressly chose a delivery method more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us, we are not required to reimburse the supplementary cost.

6. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods

If the goods are defective, damaged on arrival, or materially inconsistent with the order, the customer should contact us as soon as possible at sales@coolgadget.ge or +995 555 533 643. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, available remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.

7. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal may not apply, or may apply only within the limits permitted by law, including for:

  • custom-made or clearly personalized goods;
  • goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
  • sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed;
  • goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery;
  • other categories excluded by applicable Georgian law.
