1. Order Status

After placing an order, registered customers may review order status through their account, where available. We may also contact the customer by phone, SMS, or email to confirm or update order status.

2. Delivery Coverage

Orders are delivered by LLC “Cool Gadget” directly or through partner courier services within Georgia, except where delivery is objectively restricted, unavailable, or not supported by the selected carrier.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

• Tbilisi: approximately 1–3 business days after order confirmation;
• Major cities: approximately 2–4 business days;
• Villages and mountainous regions: approximately 3–7 business days.

These periods are estimates and may change because of holidays, weather, stock verification, courier delays, or force majeure circumstances.

4. Delivery Fees

If delivery is charged separately, the applicable fee or the method of calculating it must be communicated to the customer before the order is finalized. Where relevant, the delivery charge should be shown at checkout or at another appropriate stage before the payment obligation is confirmed.

5. Customer Obligations

The customer must provide an accurate delivery address, phone number, and any other required information. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay delivery or require additional coordination.

6. Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, the address is incorrect, or another customer-side obstacle exists, we or the courier partner may contact the customer for rescheduling. Where permitted by law or order terms, additional delivery cost caused by a failed attempt may be charged to the customer.

7. Inspection Upon Receipt

Customers are encouraged to inspect the parcel upon receipt and notify us promptly if the package appears visibly damaged or if the delivered item does not correspond to the order.
